College Description

Established in 1917, Ramjas College is one of the oldest and most prestigious institutions under the University of Delhi. Founded by Rai Kedar Nath, a visionary educationist, the college was initially housed in Darya Ganj and later shifted to its current North Campus location in 1950.

Ramjas College has a legacy of academic excellence, liberal values, and inclusive education. It was one of the first colleges in Delhi University to admit students of all backgrounds—regardless of caste, religion, or gender. The campus reflects a harmonious blend of heritage architecture and modern infrastructure.
